Facilitate holistic leadership development through scholarship to students having clear career and job goals with a zeal to contribute toward the nation. similarly, implementation of health, micro economic, relief and community services.

Objectives

  1. The main concern is to provide financial assistance to needy students with a clear aim for future job career.
  2. Provide pre-counselling services to the students by the local partners in selecting right subject of study and counselling support during study.
  3. Explore new financial sources by building relation with potential organizations and individuals local and abroad.
  4. Generate local fund from:
    1. Local partners.
    2. Local Government.
    3. Groups of stake holders( Local Partners).
    4. FOCUS Graduates on the Job.
    5. Challenge other graduates and intellectuals (by motivating them to be a partner of the FOCUS).
    6. Market individual scholarship to potential friends and online agencies with full approval of the related needy students.

Strategies

  1. Governed by Company Board according to strategic plan and policies.
  2. Continue to educate local partners through workshops and visits.
  3. Motivate graduates to donate towards scholarship fund.
  4. Update and renew abroad partnership.
  5. Implement MF sustainable plan.
  6. Implement micro income generating and lively hood projects.
  7. Foundational and quality education project for the vulnerable communities.

 

Roles of local partners

  1. Recommend right students with poor economic condition, unprivileged, dalit, girls, orphans and differently abled.
  2. To contribute to Minority Focus Fund regularly.
  3. Encourage Focus past and recent Graduates to donate to the scholarship fund.
  4. Participate in career counselling and micro economic projects.
