1. An announcement of new application will be advertised on national newspaper preferably in July.
  2. One application from one family. 2 applications from a local organizational partner, 1 applicant from graduate regular financial partner
  3. The form must be complete with the brief Background, career plan and economic condition.
  4. No application can be accepted after the due date. Only exceptional cases the Board can decide before the final list is made.
  5. Scholarship is for college level (Technical, Vocational courses)
  6. Public colleges are preferred.  .
  7. Result based is in priority.
  8. The continuation of scholarship depends on satisfactory academic result.
