He is serving as Managing Director (Principal) of Nepal Theological College. He is serving as Chairman of Minority FOCUS from 2018. He is an author of more than dozens of books and articles. He was awarded by educational achievement award by Nepal government (present President of Nepal). He has been involved in several national and international organizations at varied capacities. He is a visiting faculty of colleges and conference speaker.
