She joined FOCUS Nepal in the position of an Administrative Assistant (2006 -2010) and later as Administrative Officer from 2011 to 2017. She joined Minority Focus in 2018 in the position of Program Administrator and then promoted to Program and Finance Manager (current position).
She has involved in various organizations and ministry. She is passionate in her work. She served as Treasurer of GYMN, NGO for 8 years. She serves on the board as secretary of BLC. She is serving as Vice-Chairperson of LWN, NGO. She is serving as Chairperson of Console Mission, NGO.
